Your license key protects you as well: no one else can run your strategy without your credentials. You receive a compiled, licensed build exclusive to you — perpetual, with no recurring fees and no lock-in to a specific machine.

Never. Your signal logic is unique to your order and is never reused or repurposed for another client.

The strategy runs locally on your NinjaTrader installation and does not depend on FrostMist servers to operate. Once delivered, it remains usable whether FrostMist remains in business or shuts down permanently.

Simple strategies can be delivered in as few as 3 business days from payment. More complex projects have a longer timeline quoted upfront — you’ll know before you pay.

If the strategy doesn’t match the agreed specification, we fix it at no charge. Post-delivery support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments. Logic changes beyond the original spec may be quoted separately.
