FrostMist is an approved NinjaTrader vendor providing private development services for NinjaTrader 8.
This service is designed for traders who have a clear trading idea but do not want to develop, maintain, and support a full strategy framework themselves.

Private and Shared Components

Private (implemented exclusively for you)

• Entry and exit signals.
• Filters and conditions defining your trading idea.
• Strategy parameters related to signal logic.

Your private logic is not reused, shared, or resold.

Shared framework

• Order execution logic.
• Risk management.
• Session handling and license checks.

Framework components are standardized to ensure predictable behavior and long-term maintainability. Infrastructure-level improvements (execution, safety, risk handling) may be incorporated into the shared framework.

Your signal logic always remains private.

Delivery Method

• Delivered as a closed, licensed strategy.
• Includes up to 5 licensing seats.
• License supports automated rehosting (the license is moved to a new PC when hardware or OS change).
• No source code distribution.

This approach supports controlled updates and long-term maintainability.
